Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare’s (HDGH) Community Crisis Centre of Windsor-Essex County works in partnership with community social agencies to provide crisis response services to individuals 16 years of age and older who are experiencing an acute mental illness and/or psychosocial crisis.

211 provides free, confidential, multilingual access to information and referrals to the full range of community, social, health and government services. 211’s Certified Community Resource Specialists assess each person’s needs and connect them to the best available resources.

Through 211 you can access the following publicly funded, not-for-profit or sliding fee-based services:

  • Health and Mental Health
  • Newcomer and Immigrant Services
  • Food Bank and Meal Programs
  • Housing, Shelters and Utility Help
  • Seniors’ services and Home Care
  • Government Programs and Services
  • Parenting and Family Programs
  • Disability Support and More

Caregiver Resources

Caregivers and care partners support their loved ones’ health and wellbeing. The Mental Health and Addictions Network started this webpage to house resources for caregivers all in one place. The resources are from local, provincial, and national organizations.
